GENERAL1) By commissioning me you are agreeing to these Terms of Service and my art style.2) I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any time.3) I reserve the right to cancel your commission if you are being rude, insulting or impatient.4) I reserve the right to update this ToS at any time. Updates will not alter current commissions.5) My wait times are between 2 - 6 weeks. This is a hobby. Do not commission me if you aren't willing to wait.6) I try my best to accommodate but I expect the same in return. Failure to do so will result in a refund and commission cancellation.7) If I host a raffle and you don't give me the information I need within a week's time frame I will not do the work.8) My content/art/my personal ordered art IS STRICTLY NOT TO BE SOLD AS NFT or used for AI training.9) I will not do private commissions. I'm trying to create a portfolio and I really love to display my work. (Any previous private commissions will still be honored but they will still hold my watermarks)

CONTACTING ME AND COMMUNICATIONS1) I will only correspond via notes, twitter DMs or my FA Account.2) Don't contact me with small talk. If you have questions about a commission, please just state it.3) My Work/study/private life is not open to intrusion from clients. If life is going to impact my commission queue in any manner you will of course be notified.

COMMISSION QUEUE AND PROGRESS1) References must be clearly communicated prior to my starting your piece. If you wish to get a ref made I’m willing to sit down and make sure it’s the way you wish. I do take second life reference sheets as long as it has a pallet on it.2) After your payment has been received, please check the queue periodically before considering sending me a message. It usually has all the information you may need.3) Changes will have a fee depending on what needs to be done. If it's my fault it’s free. I charge per hour5) Please do NOT contact me if your commission is missing from the queue if it has only been a few days. If you do not see your commission in the queue after a week, feel free to contact me.6) Please do NOT contact me asking about commission status directly after commissioning me. 2 weeks or less. The longer I spend answering, the less time I am working.

IMAGE RIGHTS1) I reserve the right to repost and use all original artworks I have done for self-promotion and/or profit.2) YOU retain the rights to your character. You agree to keep my watermarks intact when reposting/using said artwork. You are not buying a commercial license for my work, so you may not sell it for profit.3) You must credit me. If it's private you still need to credit me in some way, shape, or form. I still deserve my credit for my work.

PAYMENTS, QUOTES AND REFUND POLICY1) All Art commissions are to be paid via (whatever we have decided on)2) Full payment is required within 24 hours of claiming a commission spot, with the exception of in-stream speed commissions which are due during the stream.3) Payment plans may be offered on commissions over $150 (USD), with $150 being the first payment due within 24 hours of commissioning. And the item will not be started until full payment is made.4) Quotes have a shelf life of one (1) month. (Unless said otherwise). If you contact me about a commission after that time has passed, you may get a different price quoted.5) Refunds can take up to 30 days to be issues.6. Payments reserve your slots. Sorry but a lot of people back out. <37. I do reserve the right to refund you if I deem it necessary to do so.8. Percentage of refund will be issued depending on how far along your commission is. If the piece has not been started I can issue a FULL refund. However if you are refunding due to your own financial issues, the refunded will be issued and you will be blacklisted.9. Continuing of above, (in regards to art) if you have a wip of any kind that is something you will be keeping then a partial refund will be issued due to you keeping work that was "completed" in a way.10. If you are issued a refund (regarding art pieces), the pose will be reused as a YCH.11. MODs get full refunds unless you get WIP (these are final wips)

SL TOS

SL AVATAR MODS COMMISSIONS AND CHARACTER CREATION1) I will not copy someone else's character. I have a right to question if you do have ownership over a character if I suspect something is up!2) I require a reference sheet. I love to have visuals. It’s very difficult not having anything to work from.3) SL base skins have limitations. If something isn’t doable on your mod I will let you know. Please don’t freak out if a seam isn’t perfect. I will try to fix it to the best of my ability.4) Mods take some time to make. Please be patient AND polite. If not your mod may be pushed back or canceled entirely.5) When ordering a custom MOD you get: Head, Ears, Tail, Hands, Feet, and One body Textures and will be sent to 1 account. Any additional Textures or MOD sent to any other accounts will have an extra fee of 10$ Per.6) All Textures will be Copy/MOD/No Transfer7) After a MOD is commissioned I can not guarantee I will be keeping the files for a long period of time. With that said, if you happen to sell off the character I’m not obligated to be able to transfer the files to someone else. I apologize but the commissions are paid for the original purchaser. This is written this way due to characters being sold consistently and people reaching out for the MODs. Files eat up space and inventory. I do apologize.8) You are allowed 3 revisions to your mod when you get the product. Any further revisions will incur a charge. If it is my fault something is wrong. Make sure you give me exactly what you want to avoid this.. And a time frame of one week after delivery of the MOD.9) I’m more than willing to show examples and give quotes. Just ask.10) All other sections of my ToS apply to SL character modification as well.11) If you ask for a recommended list and don't wish to continue the commission. That 15$ fee for the recommended list is still due or your commission or your service will not continue or be pursued.9) I do not do any NSFW bits. I apologize :c12) These commissions are textures only and you must have mod skills in order to texture your parts. If you need help texturing I will offer help for a fee.13) If the mod is going to more than one account a fee may be added.14) I do not give out any PSD’s. These are proof of my hard work and dedication and they will not be handed out. Please do not ask.

VRCHAT MODS COMMISSIONSNOTE: If I do not have the avatar I will more than likely ask you to purchase the avatar for me either in gift form or adding onto the total price of the commission.1) I will not copy someone else's character.
